Pampa is an innovation agency centered on user experience. We enable our clients to imagine and design innovative concepts right from the initial idea through to the proof of concept. Our business is to increase the user value of your product.

To achieve this, we integrate the Design Thinking methodology with the most up to date technological skills. We have been trained in Design Thinking by the renowned Californian company IDEO born out of Stanford University.

With the creation of our own personal methodology named LAPSI, we are further contributing to the evolution of Design Thinking. We design and create innovative physical and software tools to improve the approach for the benefit of our clients.

A DESIGN THINKING APPROACH

HUMAN CENTERED | DESIGN BY USER AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES.

Design Thinking is an approach to innovation based on creation tools used by designers. It allows designer to develop their products and services through a multidisciplinary approach aimed at meeting people's needs. A posture perfectly adapted to the paradigm shift in our economy now enlightened by experience : the realization that the invention of a technological solution is of less importance in relation to the invention itself than the learning process that goes along with it. Design Thinking is a permanent synthesis between marketing, engineering and creative skills.

A Design Thinking approach can compromise various phases. In order to have a dynamic methodology tailor-made for each innovation project, we have formalized the LAPSI approach, this is our design thinking. It revolves around three fondamental bubbles : Observation, Imagination and Prototyping.
